Oleg Uritsky

Founder & CEO

Mr. Uritsky has more than 20 years of real estate experience. As CEO, he develops strategic business plans and oversees all aspects of property acquisitions/dispositions and asset management. Mr. Uritsky has a long track record as an innovative entrepreneur. Prior to 2014, he successfully invested in the health care, transportation and venture fund industries. As an owner and operator of a fleet of Boston taxicab medallions and other ground transportation services, he was a widely respected industry leader. Mr. Uritsky sold his taxi medallions in 2012, at near peak values, in anticipation of Uber’s devastating impact on the taxicab medallion market. He was also the principal of the largest Massachusetts network of community-based health care centers (MassADH Alliance), which were acquired by Civitas Solutions (NYSE:CIVI) in 2014. During his law school/legal career, Mr. Uritsky interned at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He received a joint JD/MBA degree from Northeastern University and completed postgraduate studies in economics and finance at Harvard University. Mr. Uritsky is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and New York.

Igor Shreyer

Mr. Shreyer has near 20 years of operational property management experience in multifamily buildings. He is a semi-retired Helge Principal. He advises Helge Capital’s Real Estate Portfolio, analyzing both operational performance and strategy. Previously, he was principal of the largest Massachusetts network of community-based health care centers (Mass ADH Alliance), later acquired by Civitas Solutions (NYSE:CIVI) in 2014. From 1989 through 2008, Mr. Shreyer was a Regional Manager and Franchisee Owner/Investor for Domino’s Pizza franchise where he oversaw 10+ locations and over 150 employees. Mr. Shreyer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in Hospitality.

John Gosnell

Operations/Capital Markets

Mr. Gosnell is responsible for asset management and ongoing development of the real estate assets. He has over 15 years of real estate and property management experience. Prior to joining Helge, Mr. Gosnell was a SVP at Presidential Properties, where he was responsible for the financial operations of approximately 1,110 residential units. Mr. Gosnell prepared annual budgets, oversaw capital improvement projects, managed property-level accounting staff, as well as relationships with lenders, banks, and insurance companies. Mr. Gosnell graduated with honors in Chartered Accountancy and Finance from Dublin City University.

Larry Silverstein

Mr. Silverstein advises Helge Capital in the areas of legal, corporate governance, compliance and tax matters. A well-known partner of Morgan Lewis, Mr. Silverstein focuses on real estate, corporate, tax planning and has been involved in partnership and real estate transactions as well as corporate acquisitions and sales. His practice focuses on counseling entrepreneurs in a wide range of businesses. His clients cover a range from real estate companies and funds to biotechnology and social media companies as well as various basic industries groups. He has also been involved in a number of venture capital transactions. After graduating Harvard Law School (magna cum laude), Mr. Silverstein clerked for Judge Herbert P. Wilkins on the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. In the mid-1980s he left law and became president of Cohen Properties Inc., a 130-employee, diversified real estate management and development company that developed and acquired multifamily residential properties and office buildings in Boston, Washington, DC, and Hartford during his two years as president. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Larry was a partner in the tax practice of another international law firm.

Kenneth Munkacy

Mr. Munkacy advises Helge Capital in areas of corporate growth and strategic direction. With over 25 years of real estate experience in 15 states and 12 countries, Mr. Munkacy is the Senior Managing Director of Boston-based Kingbird Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grupo Ferré Rangel (GFR). Previously he held a number of senior managing positions at: GID Investment Advisers LLC, a real estate investment/operating company with over 25,000 units and $12 billion in assets; Asia at Starwood Capital Group (Tokyo); GE Capital Europe (Prague); TrizecHahn Asia Pacific (Hong Kong). Prior to this, Mr. Munkacy headed the acquisitions / development group at Golub & Co., a large Chicago family-owned real estate owner/operator, where he acquired approximately 19,000 residential units in ten states representing over $850 million in value. Ken holds a BA in Economics – Government from Franklin and Marshall College and earned his Masters of City Planning at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in real estate development/finance. He previously served as the vice chairman of ICCMIC, a NASDAQ-listed mortgage REIT. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Global Exchange Council with the Urban Land Institute and is a member of PREA, serving on its International Affinity Group.

Jeff Arnold

Mr. Arnold advises Helge Capital in the areas of management and corporate development. A CEO of multiple companies for over 20 years and CEO advisor and investor since 2005, Mr. Arnold has faced most of the challenges faced by CEO’s of growing companies. Prior to becoming a CEO, he worked in R&D, marketing and operations for Fortune 500 and smaller companies. His varied background allows him to look at problems from multiple perspectives. Mr. Arnold works with a limited number of talented CEO’s to help them overcome challenges and improve performance. His areas of expertise include helping to refine the business model, build the team, improve marketing, grow sales, raise money, explore strategic options or plan for an exit.

Steve Lishansky

Mr. Lishansky serves as an Executive Coach and Advisor to the Helge Capital Team maximizing the effectiveness, productivity and performance of the organization. He founded Optimize International in 1992 to maximize the development of top leaders and high performing executive teams in the US and internationally. Mr. Lishansky has worked with leaders and top performers throughout the world encompassing over 40 countries. His clients include MetLife, New England Financial, State Street Global Advisors, State Farm Insurance, Freddie Mac, Glaxo Smith Kline, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Eastern Bank, Booz Allen Hamilton, Cisco, EMC, Harvard Clinical Research, NASA, The Salvation Army, US Dept of Labor and Fidelity Investments. In 2012 he was elected to the International Coach Federation of New England Hall of Fame. Mr. Lishansky is the author of a #1 Amazon Best Seller in leadership and business communication, The Ultimate Sales Revolution.

Mr. Dvor advises Helge Capital in the areas of corporate development and family office partnerships. He serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at MIR Scientific. Previously, he was Managing Director at Miraki Innovation, and was co-founder of Tufts Health Ventures, the direct investment division for Tufts Health Plan. Past leadership roles were at ReMed Life Sciences, iRobot Corporation, and the Aga Khan Development Fund. Mr. Dvor graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s Degree with honors. He served in the US Marine Corps and sits on the Board of Directors for Association for Corporate Growth and is also Chair of the Family Office Committee.
